Shipping Policy
At Nexora Distributions, we understand that timely and reliable shipping is critical for your e-commerce business. Our shipping processes are optimized for B2B wholesale buyers, Amazon FBA sellers, and Walmart WFS sellers.
1. Order Processing Times
- Standard Wholesale Orders: Orders shipping directly to your business address or a third-party prep center are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment clears.
- FBA & WFS Prep Orders: Orders utilizing our end-to-end prep and labeling services require additional processing time. These orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4 to 7 business days, depending on the volume and specific prep requirements.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers We utilize a network of reliable carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Small Parcel Delivery (SPD): For smaller orders, we use standard ground shipping via carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Less Than Truckload (LTL) & Full Truckload (FTL): Large, bulk, or palletized orders are shipped via freight.
3. Direct Shipping to Fulfillment Centers (Amazon FBA & Walmart WFS) We offer direct shipping to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers. When utilizing this service, we coordinate the shipment using either your provided shipping labels (e.g., Amazon Partnered Carrier labels) or our own freight network. It is your responsibility to provide accurate FBA/WFS routing instructions and labels in a timely manner to prevent delays.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Freight and standard shipping quotes are provided during the checkout process or on your final invoice.
- If you are providing your own shipping labels (Amazon Partnered Carrier), a palletization or handling fee may still apply.
5. Tracking and Order Updates Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number or freight Bill of Lading (BOL) and the carrier’s details. You can track your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s portal.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments While we take every precaution to secure your inventory, transit issues occasionally occur.
- Visible Damage: If a pallet or parcel arrives with visible exterior damage, you or your receiving facility must note this on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing for the shipment.
- Claims: Please contact us within 5 business days with photographs of the damage and the noted delivery receipt so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. International Shipping Currently, we primarily service the United States market. International buyers are welcome to purchase inventory, but you must arrange for your own freight forwarder within the US. We will ship your order to your designated US-based forwarder, and you assume all responsibility for export, customs, and international transit from that point.
